We have organized all the necessary sanitary measures to receive you in the best conditions.
Following the last update of the French regulation you are not obliged anymore to wear a mask in the hotel and restaurant.
We provide hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance of our hotel so that you can disinfect your hands at your arrival.
Room keys are systematically disinfected.
The common areas are regularly disinfected with particular attention to the points of contact.
In order to combine relaxation and greed, we suggest you to taste the regional dishes and menus cooked by the Chef and his team in our restaurant.
Our buffet breakfast, with sweet and salty dishes, is served every morning between 8 and 9.30 a.m. in our restaurant. We provide you with hydro-alcoholic gel to serve yourself on the buffet.
Rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each departure. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned by our cleaning staff during your stay, please let us know on arrival. We will be happy to provide you with additional linen on request.
By booking one of our terrace rooms, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the open air after a day of walking.

Ideally located in the center of Alsace, on the Alsace Wine Road, in the small village of Saint-Hippolyte, our hotel will be the ideal starting point for your walks in the Alsace vineyards.
Many rides accessible to all are available: follow the path of the castles or the route of the castles of Alsace on foot, opt for one of the local bicycle loops proposed by alsaceavelo, take a flat-bottomed boat trip in the Grand Ried or go on a day hike in the Vosges to discover the big balloon or the lakes.
Take the opportunity to discover the pretty and picturesque villages of Alsace such as Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Bergheim, Kaysersberg.
